Nestled amongst hills at the entrance to Richman Valley in the picturesque Flinders Ranges, the old Railway town of Quorn is a historical township which has became both a popular tourist stopover, and a holiday destination. A quiet, laid back country town with friendly and relaxing environment. The town has several bush walking tracks and natural archaeological landscapes.

    Pichi Richi Railway
    is located at Quorn and is
     an operating museum, operating regular heritage train journeys on the oldest remaining section of the famous narrow-gauge old Ghan railway. Trains depart from Quorn and Port Augusta. The railway is operated, maintained and managed by its dedicated volunteer members.

  • Quorn's tourist attractions include its many unspoiled streetscapes and historic buildings, numerous bush-walking trails, scenic drives, a real country town atmosphere, and an ideal location on which to base a Flinders Ranges holiday.
