St Agnes Surgery is a large practice with a focus on the provision of high quality, long term, and accessible comprehensive multidisciplinary primary care. It has a close association with the RACGP, University of Adelaide and Modbury Hospital over many years. The practice has pioneered many aspects of general practice including multidisciplinary diabetes mini-clinics, structured chronic disease management programs, aged care and the clinical application of computerisation.
St Agnes Surgery operates from two locations in the North East Suburbs of Adelaide. The surgery is purpose built and collocated with the St Agnes Specialist Centre and closely allied with Modbury Hospital. A full range of community services are available within the Modbury/Tea Tree Plaza hub.

  • The Hope Valley Reservoir
     
    A 2840 megalitre service reservoir in Hope Valley. When completed in 1873 it was the second reservoir constructed in Adelaide; it is the oldest still in use in South Australia.It covers 52 hectares (128 acres) and is retained behind a 950-metre (3,117 ft) long clay-cored earth wall. Water is transferred from the River Torrens via a tunnel and aqueduct.
