The North Eastern Health Centre is an accredited practice consisting of six Doctors with a broad range of experience and expertise in Sports Medicine, Medical Education, Diabetes, Mental Health, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, Women's Health, Mental Health, Diabetes, and Aged Care. With the assistance of our team of dedicated staff, we aim to encourage the maintenance of good health through preventative medicine and active health promotion.

Assistance with Diabetes Management through regular Diabetic Clinics, Attend Wound Management, Administration of Immunisations, Perform ECGs, Assist with Asthma management by performing Spirometry, Perform scans on minor skin lesions using MoleMate, Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitoring, and Facilitate Care Planning for patients with chronic illnesses and multidisciplinary needs.

  • Westfield Tea Tree Plaza
     
    A large South Australian shopping centre located in Modbury, north-east of Adelaide. It is linked to the city by Adelaide's unique O-Bahn system, which terminates at the Tea Tree Plaza Interchange, and as such is a major hub for Adelaide's northern suburbs. Tea Tree Plaza is the second largest shopping centre in Adelaide.
  • The Hope Valley Reservoir
     
    A 2840 megalitre service reservoir in Hope Valley. When completed in 1873 it was the second reservoir constructed in Adelaide; it is the oldest still in use in South Australia.It covers 52 hectares (128 acres) and is retained behind a 950-metre (3,117 ft) long clay-cored earth wall. Water is transferred from the River Torrens via a tunnel and aqueduct.
